Percy the Vibing Frog: Character Concept Art

Character and Concept Art for a character project I've been working on. If you saw in my Work-In-Progress post a while back, you would have seen this adorable little frog friend!

There's a funny story about how this character came to be. I had a potential client last year who was looking for new frog Twitch emotes. The first draft you see was a quick sketch I did to show that I could indeed draw frogs. Unfortunately, the client never got back to me on that, however, to my benefit, I ended up falling in love with the character design so much I decided "Screw it! Lets make this into a full character project!" I re-worked the design, created a posed character sheet, and voila!

Percy has become my absolute favourite character I've designed over the years, and I plan on using him for in the future. There will be a full 3D modeling break-down coming soon.
